Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5 flat rate shipping to the U.S through USPS and UPS. Expect your product to arrive 2 to 6 days after shipment, depending on where you live (we ship from Tucson, Arizona). 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada and the U.KExpect delivery to take from 8 to 20 days depending on your location (we ship from Tucson, Arizona). Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country. Mag Jo Designs is not responsible for these additional charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (for domestic) or 22 days (for international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@magojodesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Returns Policy

Mag Jo Designs is committed to helping your individual style shine through. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange the piece or provide a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us at info@magjodesigns.com with the subject line “Return Requested” and be sure to include your order number, a picture of the product you received, and a description of why you are returning. All returned products should be in new condition and must be approved for return in order to receive a refund or an exchange. Mag Jo Designs is not liable for lost return packages.

When returning a product, you will receive notification of shipment of your exchange or refund 8 to 10 business days after we receive the package. Any shipping costs you accrue on a return package will be included in your refund.

If you receive a damaged piece, contact us as soon as possible at info@magjodesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If applicable, we can help you exchange your jewelry. Allow 8 to 10 business days after we receive the package to process the return. We will cover the costs of shipping for both returned and replacement pieces.
